We're looking for a ???????????? ???????????? ?????????? ???????????????????????????? to join our ???????????????????? ????????. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving regional growth through high-volume outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.

The Inside Sales Representative generates new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting — serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients and ensuring a smooth handoff to the outside sales team.

? ????????-???????????? ????????????????: Make 100+ calls per day to targeted businesses across the Pittsburgh region, consistently meeting or exceeding activity goals.

? ?????????????? & ?????? ????????????????????????: Ask thoughtful discovery questions, document key information, and secure qualified, high-value appointments for the outside sales team.

? ???????? ????????????-????: Actively follow up with warm leads from inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, and prior calls.

? ?????? ????????????????????: Maintain complete and accurate records of all outreach and next steps.

? ?????????????? ???????? ?????????? ??????????: Align on territory strategies and share lead intelligence with the outside sales team.

? ???????????????? ??????????????: Participate in targeted call campaigns built around industries, seasons, or special promotions.

? ?????????????? ????????????????: Monitor activity against goals and refine prospecting approaches using performance data.

? Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling experience required

? Documented success hitting activity and appointment goals

? Excellent phone presence and rapport-building skills

? Strong organization, note-taking, and follow-through

? Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

? Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

? Team-oriented, positive, and coachable
