FLSA Status: Part Time 

Rate of Pay: $23.00

Position Overview

The Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations of Project SYNCERE's educational programs both ENpowered and E-CADEMY. This position ensures program activities run efficiently by managing attendance, participant records, supplies, communications, and on-site logistics while providing excellent customer service to students, families, instructors, and partners

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Saturday Program Operations: Provide consistent on-site support for Saturday programming, including program setup, student arrival/dismissal, classroom transitions, and end-of-day closeout.
  • Help ensure students experience a connected E-CADEMY by monitoring student engagement with resume review and updates, coordinating post secondary needs, coordinating timely follow-up and support.
• Attendance & Student Records: Track student attendance, maintain accurate participant records, and follow up on missing information or attendance concerns.
• Program Data Entry: Enter and maintain program information in organizational databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems.
• Inventory & Supplies: Organize STEM materials and equipment, prepare supplies for sites, and identify purchasing or replacement needs.
• Family & Participant Communication: Respond to routine parent/student questions and send program reminders, schedule updates, and other communications.
• Administrative Management: Monitor designated program email, maintain electronic files, prepare documents, and support routine program correspondence.
• Program Events & Logistics: Assist with field trips, showcases, family events, special activities, transportation, and other program logistics.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain required forms and emergency information, support established safety procedures, and promptly report incidents or concerns.
• Program Team Support: Work collaboratively with program leadership and staff and assist with other program-related duties necessary for successful program delivery.
