What You'll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a clean-room environment helping manufacture precision medical products. Responsibilities include:

• Loading small needle inserts into molds
• Operating automated production equipment
• Performing visual quality inspections
• Working with small plastic and metal components
• Completing production documentation
• Following detailed work instructions and quality procedures
• Rotating between workstations and machines
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Ability to work with very small components
• Reliable work history and attendance
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but training is provided

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shoreview, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
