Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Delivering outstanding nursing care tailored to each resident's unique needs.
• Conducting daily rounds and assessments to develop and update care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV fluids while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Communicating with residents and families, offering guidance and emotional support.
• Supervising and mentoring state registered nursing assistants (SRNAs) to foster teamwork and quality care.

Qualifications:

• Active KY registered nurse license
• 2-3 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, dementia care, short-term rehab, or orthopedics preferred
• Familiarity with resident care plans and nursing protocols
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
