Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs

- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Create and tailor lesson plans to address the unique needs of students
- Conduct ongoing assessments and adapt instruction for optimal student growth
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state special education guidelines
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Assist with behavior management and positive reinforcement strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and documentation
