Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to develop tailored strategies and goals for each student
• Monitor and document academic and behavioral progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, conferences, and ongoing staff development
• Create a safe, engaging, and motivating classroom atmosphere
• Uphold compliance with all state regulations and school policies regarding special education
