Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers both full and part-time opportunities in an engaging academic environment near Glendale, AZ, serving elementary, middle, and high school students. With a range of caseloads available, you’ll collaborate with passionate professionals and help foster growth for learners with diverse needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Current, active Arizona special education teaching license
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
- Ability to adapt instruction for a variety of learning styles and needs
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational abilities and a compassionate approach
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to students’ IEP goals
- Assess student progress and adjust strategies to maximize learning outcomes
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Maintain accurate records, including progress reports and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
