Sales Specialist/Director
A to Z Quality Fencing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist/Director to join our team in Hartford, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets. Identify and prioritize key accounts and establish relationships with potential customers. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience in the fencing industry or related field. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
