Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Sales Operations team supporting various internal departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Location: Novi, MI

Pay Range: $31 - $33/hr.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

What's the Job?

• Coordinate purchase order processing and manage order entry activities with internal stakeholders.
• Track order status and proactively communicate updates through fulfillment and delivery stages.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Customer Operations & Support (COS) activities related to sales transactions.
• Facilitate training registrations and scheduling for customers and internal teams.
• Create and coordinate service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with relevant teams.

What's Needed?

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or order management roles.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
