Senior Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Side Project Manager with PBM/Healthcare experience - Remote position with a Major Healthcare Company located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. Compensation: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour, W2, based on experience and qualifications. Position Overview This role is part of a large team of over 90 project managers supporting the entire Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) business, including home delivery and specialty pharmacies. Successful candidates for this position will be highly motivated, self-starting, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the team. Primary Responsibilities Contribute, lead and own the development of program/project scope statements (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document), Project/Program Plans, Communication Plans and Status/Issue Reporting Coordinate, own and provide input on project/program schedule, budget, scope, benefit and quality Develop, coordinate and complete assigned project/program work on time and on budget with assigned resources Develop/contribute to project budgets/forecasts, drive capture of project economics (e.g., cost/benefit analysis, capital planning, staffing impact analysis/assessment) and assist in obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders Actively address issues, challenges and problems that arise during the course of the project/program, finding the right resources to resolve the issue, escalating when necessary, and driving issues to closure Core Requirements 5+ years of project management experience or similar experience Previous experience in a cross-matrixed enterprise environment Strong executive communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities Ability to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, and actions and implement across organizational boundaries Desired Skills Business operations strategy definition and execution in a matrixed organization Familiarity with the client's products & services Healthcare, PBM or pharmacy experience Experience with Smartsheet Benefits of Working with Genesis10 Access to hundreds of clients, most who have been working with Genesis10 for 5-20+ years The opportunity to have a career-home in Genesis10; many of our consultants have been working exclusively with Genesis10 for years Access to an experienced, caring recruiting team (more than 7 years of experience, on average) Behavioral Health Platform Medical, Dental, Vision Health Savings Account Voluntary Hospital Indemnity (Critical Illness & Accident) Voluntary Term Life Insurance 401K Sick Pay (for applicable states/municipalities) Commuter Benefits (Dallas, NYC, SF, and Illinois) Genesis10 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
