Shipper/Administrative Coordinator (Juniper)

Responsibilities Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (BOLs), packing slips and export paperwork (as required). Create and print daily shipping labels for forklift operators. Schedule carrier pickups, confirm appointments, and proactively communicate any delays or changes. Ensure all shipments are complete, accurate, and meet customer delivery requirements. Support resolution of shipping discrepancies (short shipments, damages, missing documentation). Perform and support cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for shipping and administrative records. Assist with traceability, audit documentation, and compliance requirements. Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Create, track, and manage purchases (POs). Verify and reconcile invoices and purchase orders. Assist with receiving documentation and inventory-related records. Support internal teams with billing inquiries and documentation requests. Provide general administrative support including data entry, reporting, and document management. Act as a key communication point. Answer phone calls and radio communications. Respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and vendors. Assist walk‑in customers. Work collaboratively with operations plant and bog operations, quality, sales and logistics teams to support daily operations. Ordering supplies. Contribute to a safe work environment by following all site safety procedures and standards. Perform other duties as required to support operations. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability. Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels (employees, customers, vendors). Strong computer skills and comfort with administrative and inventory systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and planning skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
