Associate Protein Chemistry - Analytics In this role, you will support the analysis and characterization of large molecule therapeutic drug candidates, many of which are complex biologics. Responsibilities Analyzing and characterizing novel and complex molecules that will be the next generation of large molecule therapeutics. Contributing to the execution of our analytics, molecular assessment, and protein purification capabilities. Organizing, analyzing, and reporting findings to support lead candidate selection. Partnering with Project, Analytics and Automation teams to advance our pipeline. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in life sciences. Or Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant scientific experience. Or High school diploma / GED and 4 years of protein purification and/or protein analytics experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline. Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment. Demonstrated track record of independent critical thinking and creative problem‑solving. Experience with protein analytics fundamentals, techniques, instrumentation, software. Familiarity with protein purification fundamentals and techniques. Familiarity with handling and analyzing large datasets.
