Field Sales Representative - Houston, TX Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Houston, TX, Field Travel Tuesday-Thursday, Monday and Friday Working from Home Pay: $60,000-$70,000 base salary + commission potential Overview We are partnering with a growing organization within the multifamily services industry to identify a Field Sales Representative for the Houston market. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and growing market share throughout an assigned territory. This is a true outside sales position, requiring regular face-to-face customer interaction and territory management. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, relationship-driven, and excited to build a long-term career in sales. Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
