The Manager of Employee Relations will oversee key projects and a team within the Advice and Counsel Center at OHSU in Portland, Oregon. This role requires 6+ years of progressive HR experience, focusing on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and policy compliance. In addition to leading the ACC team, you will develop initiatives that promote a fair and ethical workplace culture aligned with legal standards and OHSU's mission.
