Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a state-of-the-art Medical-Surgical unit, contributing to a founding team and fostering a supportive, modern environment. Responsibilities Include Performing thorough assessments to develop individualized care plans, integrating physical, psychosocial, and patient preferences. Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to prioritize care, set goals, and adjust treatments as needed. Advocating for patients, educating them, and ensuring timely delivery of medical and nursing interventions. Administering medications, managing routine procedures, responding to emergencies, and handling patient transfers and equipment safely. Monitoring patient progress, modifying care plans, and ensuring effective communication of care and updates to team members and patients. Delegating tasks appropriately, maintaining professional standards, and engaging in continuous professional development. Building positive team relationships, mentoring colleagues, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
