HR Generalist | Part-Time 1099 We’re seeking a proactive, hands‑on HR Generalist with 3–5 years of experience and strong ADP Workforce Now skills. Support HR operations, employee relations, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and leadership initiatives. Qualifications & Responsibilities 3–5 years of well-rounded HR experience ADP Workforce Now experience required California employment law knowledge required Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Spanish-speaking is a plus Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee processes Support employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and offboarding Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and employee needs Provide hands‑on HR support as needed Schedule Part-time, 1099 contract. Hybrid — 2 days onsite in Pacoima, CA, with remote work the remainder of the week as needed.
