Role: Senior Business Analyst Lending & Credit Risk

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst , with strong expertise in Lending and Credit Risk
• Strong domain experience in Lending and Credit Risk for Private Individual clients
• Minimum 6+ years of onsite professional working experience
• Strong experience in Requirements Engineering for large-scale IT solutions within Agile/Scrum teams
• Hands-on experience creating User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, Concepts, and Functional Specifications
• Strong knowledge of Banking IT , including Frontends, Channels, and Cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of Lending processes and Credit Risk workflows
• Experience with API Design , including Swagger / OpenAPI specifications
• Strong experience with data-driven API integrations and systems integration
• Experience with Source-to-Target Data Mapping and end-to-end data flow analysis
• Ability to define and document business processes, process flows, business rules, and solution requirements
• Experience working directly with Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT, defect triage, and business validation
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in an Agile delivery environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement-gathering and analysis workshops with Lending, Credit Risk, and Business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into well-defined User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization
• Define and document end-to-end Lending, Credit Assessment, and Credit Risk processes
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, business rules, and solution design documents
• Define API requirements, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, and integration workflows
• Perform source-to-target data mapping and validate data flows across integrated systems
• Work closely with Developers and QA throughout Agile sprint delivery
• Support SIT/UAT testing, defect triage, and business validation
• Act as the key liaison between Business, Technology, Product, and External Stakeholders
