Leads the development and execution of the learning and development strategy and plan, collaborating with senior leaders and cascading throughout all AH markets. Identifies synergies that support the organizational vision between all learning communities – Leadership, Team Members, Clinical Learners, and Future Talent. Ensures organization mission, values, leadership framework, and aspirations are embedded in learning experiences across the organization. Partners with external universities and academic institutions to support the development of a talent pipeline supportive of future workforce needs. Supports learning governance strategy and operational plans in partnership with senior leadership. Maintains key relationships and provides strategic consultation to enable the best use of learning capabilities to drive business results. Accountable to continuously assess organizational needs and adjust strategies, reprioritizing based on organizational needs and learner experience. Communicates the learning strategy, progress against goals, key strategic initiatives and forecasts the teams’ ability to deliver innovative solutions. Leads efforts to create a unified set of learning platforms and tools for business units to leverage. Supports investment in learning and ongoing resource allocation. Creates effective senior business leader relationships to ensure learning is fully integrated into business unit priorities, talent acquisition, development, and team member retention strategies.
