About Our Agency: I opened my first agency in 2010, expanded to a second location in 2016, and today lead a team of 12. State Farm has always been close to home for me, as both my sister and brother-in-law are agents. I also have a competitive background, having played field hockey and softball in college before attending graduate school at Mississippi State University. Role Description

As an Account Associate for Shannon Reed - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
