Job Description We are seeking a 2nd shift Process Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preventive maintenance, and production support and a proven ability to maintain safe and reliable equipment, follow production plans, and meet customer requirements on a second-shift schedule. Schedule Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Candidate must be available for second or third shift based on business needs and occasional weekend support. Responsibilities: Perform weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and reliability. Follow production plans to meet customer requirements and quality standards. Work individually and collaboratively to complete tasks and resolve issues. Support conflict resolution within the team to maintain professionalism. Participate in cost improvement initiatives to satisfy customer needs. Provide service support on a 24-hour basis as needed, including weekends. Stand for extended periods while performing production and maintenance tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident. Ability to perform preventive maintenance and follow safety procedures. Ability to work second or third shift and occasional weekends. Preferred Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Detail orientation with strong mechanical aptitude.
