This field-based position focuses on troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintaining building automation systems across commercial, educational, and institutional facilities. Status: Full-Time | Field-Based | On-Call Rotation (~Every 6 Weeks) Ideal Candidate: Experience working as a Controls Technician or in a BAS service capacity Strong troubleshooting background with HVAC controls and automation systems Knowledgeable in point-to-point checkout and commissioning processes Able to install, test, and verify new control system components Comfortable working with existing BAS logic and making adjustments as needed Clear communicator with building owners, contractors, and end users Capable of working independently and collaboratively with project teams Experience with Tridium or Automated Logic (ALC) preferred Key Responsibilities: Service, troubleshoot, and maintain building automation systems (BAS) Install, configure, and commission controls equipment and software Perform point-to-point system verification and functional testing Support equipment start-up and ensure programming follows design intent Diagnose, modify, and repair existing BAS programs and components Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction Hourly Rate: $25.00–$40.00/hr.
