Job Summary: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Nights in Bel Air, Maryland. This role supports high-volume emergency care, managing a wide range of complex patient presentations and time-sensitive clinical situations. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 3x12 Nights (19:00-07:30); minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (Maryland, MD/Compact)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) (required on site during orientation)
  • Advanced trauma/education certification (as applicable to orientation requirements): Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior charge experience
  • Charting system experience (Epic)
  • Community hospital experience
  • Long-term acute care (LTAC) experience
  • Trauma Level I experience
  • Trauma Level II experience
  • Prior travel experience
• Additional Information:
  • Management and interpretation of dysrhythmias
  • Night shift role in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency department with complex diagnoses
  • Weekends: every other weekend
  • Holidays: required as they fall, as scheduled
  • Floating may be required as needed within scope; travelers are first to float
  • Orientation hours: 24
  • COVID-19 vaccine: not required
  • Flu vaccine: required (no exemptions indicated)
  • Compliance onboarding: required to complete lab steps within 72 hours of signing the contract; compliance document deadline is 5 days prior to start
