Whether you are an experienced nurse or looking to grow your career in long-term care, we welcome professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional resident-centered care.### What We Offer* Competitive pay: **$37–$47/hour DOE*** Full-time stable schedule* Supportive leadership team* Team-oriented work environment* Opportunities for professional growth* Meaningful work with a resident-focused team### Position SummaryThe LVN/RN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and professional nursing standards.### Essential Responsibilities* Provide direct nursing care and medication administration* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately* Supervise CNAs and nursing support staff* Complete accurate and timely charting/documentation* Carry out physician orders and coordinate resident care plans* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges* Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards* Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams### Qualifications* Current, active California LVN or RN license in good standing* Current CPR certification* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred* Strong communication and leadership skills* Experience with PCC preferred* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment### Why Join Lincoln Meadows Care Center?At Lincoln Meadows Care Center, we believe great patient care starts with a great team.
