Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Continental

Pay Rate: $15-$15.75

Location: Hamilton, OH

Manufacturing Associate Job Responsibilities:

Work safely High attention to safety, wear PPE, always report unsafe situations, adhere to dress code.
Assemble parts Build shocks by following work instructions and quality standard.
Quality checks Examine parts to ensure they are correct with no defects; mark and set aside any bad parts.
Keep area clean Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Run machines Setup and run machines by following written work instructions.
Physical work Stand and walk for up to 8 hours, lift up to 40 lbs., frequent bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Perform repetitive work.
Be flexible Willingness to learn different machine, work in other areas when needed, and complete tasks given by leaders.
Teamwork Strong communication and organization, treat all co-workers with dignity and respect.
