Manufacturing HR Specialist: People & Compliance

Steel & O'Brien Manufacturing is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in Cincinnati to provide hands-on HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will build relationships, manage day-to-day HR activities, and protect employee confidentiality across shifts and sites. The role requires at least an associate degree in HR or related field, 2+ years in HR, and strong organizational and communication skills.
