Account Manager

$140k - $160k

Salary Range: $140K-$160K/Annum

Job Description:
  • As an Account Manager - Wholesale Banking Solutions, you will drive growth across Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, focusing on wholesale/corporate banking. This is a 40% hunting / 60% account management role, responsible for expanding existing accounts while acquiring new clients.
  • You will engage senior stakeholders across corporate banking, treasury, trade finance, and payments to deliver digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Account Management (60%)
  • Own and grow key wholesale banking accounts.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across corporate banking functions.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive account expansion.
  • Develop account plans and ensure high client satisfaction.
Business Development (40%)
  • Prospect and win new clients within wholesale banking.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles (discovery to deal closure).
  • Partner with pre-sales for demos, proposals, and solutioning.
Collaboration
  • Work with marketing and partners on targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and CRM accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in enterprise software or banking technology sales/account management.
  • Strong experience in wholesale/corporate banking (trade finance, treasury, payments, etc.).
  • Proven track record in account growth + new business acquisition.
  • Experience selling digital transformation or banking platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and enterprise sales skills.
