Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Goshen, IN. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to help patients with orthopedic injuries and functional limitations regain or improve daily living and work skills in an outpatient setting.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active IN state OT license required to start the assignment.
Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
Experience with direct access referrals and collaborating with referring physicians preferred.
Experience with NextGen electronic health record preferred.
Ability to manage a patient caseload of approximately 11–12 patients per 8-hour day preferred.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
