Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
Active Indiana Occupational Therapy License is required to start the position
Outpatient orthopedic experience required
Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) preferred
BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
