Job Duties include: * Manage day to day operations of the facility * Assist in the growth and ultimate performance of the store by maximizing revenue and occupancy * Develop a working knowledge of the Self-Storage industry and company specific products * Handle customer sales, inquires and concerns in a timely and courteous manner * Market the store by use of customer referrals, local businesses and community involvement * Maintain the physical condition of the property in conjunction with the Maintenance Personnel Job Requirements: * At least 2 years of sales or management experience * At least 1 year of Customer Service experience * High School Diploma or equivalent * Expert problem solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within to multiple locations within the assigned area Compensation details: 19.5-21 Hourly Wage PI5c9aa3d73620-29400-41490485
