This Associate Product Manager (APM) role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is energized by improving how work gets done across internal stakeholder teams. You will partner closely with operations, product, engineering, and other cross-functional groups to help identify workflow gaps, define clear requirements, and support delivery of improvements that increase operational efficiency, quality, and scalability.What You'll Do:Operational discovery & stakeholder partnershipBuild strong working relationships with internal operations and stakeholder teams to understand pain points, workflow gaps, and improvement opportunities.Gather and synthesize feedback from internal users; ensure needs are clearly captured and reflected in requirements and prioritization.Requirements & delivery supportTranslate internal operational needs into clear product requirements, including high-level use cases and acceptance criteria to support engineering delivery.Support the product development lifecycle from concept through launch, including validation, QA support, release coordination, and post-release follow-up.Help coordinate with product owners and delivery partners to clarify scope, sequence work, and remove ambiguity.Data-informed iterationUse data-driven methods to evaluate whether changes improved outcomes (e.g., cycle time, error rates, throughput, adoption) and recommend iterations.Maintain a steady feedback loop with internal users and stakeholders; support continuous improvements based on operational needs and business goals.Enablement & rolloutSupport internal launches through documentation, training sessions, demos, and lightweight enablement materials to drive adoption.Act as a product "translator" for internal stakeholders—helping build shared understanding across operations, product, and engineering.Governance & operational hygiene (internal-facing)Help document and standardize internal processes where appropriate (workflows, definitions, requirements artifacts) to reduce variability and improve repeatability.What We're Looking For:Minimum 1 year of experience in a role that includes operations, business analysis, product, implementation, process improvement, or customer/internal support work (preferably in a regulated or operationally complex environment).Experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear written artifactsExposure to software delivery cycles and working with engineering or technical teams to ship improvements.5+ years experience with healthcare, Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, Pharma, or Payer workflows (aligned to domain context in FMH PM role expectations)Core SkillsStakeholder Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with internal operations and cross-functional teams to understand needs, gather feedback, and support shared outcomes.Requirements & Documentation: Comfortable capturing and documenting internal requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria in a clear, structured, and actionable way.Analytical Thinking: Ability to use qualitative feedback and quantitative data to assess problems, evaluate outcomes, and support prioritization and iteration.Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts, document decisions, and keep stakeholders informed.Delivery Awareness: Basic understanding of software delivery lifecycles and comfort working with engineering or technical teams to support execution and release activities.Core CompetenciesInternal Customer Focus: Demonstrates empathy for internal users and operations teams, ensuring solutions improve day-to-day workflows and operational efficiency.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to accuracy and completeness when documenting requirements, workflows, and feedback to reduce rework and ambiguity.Adaptability in Ambiguity: Comfortable working in evolving environments where requirements and priorities may change, with guidance and support from senior product leaders.Ownership Mindset (APM Level): Takes responsibility for assigned workstreams or deliverables, follows through on commitments, and proactively raises risks or questions.Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively across functions with a positive, team-oriented approach that supports shared goals and outcomes.Life at FMHWorking at FMH means being part of a people-first culture where collaboration and balance matter.
