Production Operator - 3rd Shift

Production Operator 3rd Shift Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a plastics/molded parts manufacturing company in Delano, MN. In this role, youll help produce high-quality molded components by operating machines, assembling parts, and packaging finished products in a clean, production-focused environment. What Youll Do as a Production Operator: Remove finished parts from production machines Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Assemble parts using basic hand tools, screws, nuts, and bolts Package and label completed products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role: Must have at least 6 months of experience working in a machine operator or production role in the last 3 years Must be comfortable using basic hand or power tools Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Must have written and verbal communication skills in English Must be willing to work overtime when required Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks Must have reliable transportation to the Delano area Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and opportunities to build long-term stability through consistent, full-time work.
