Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, supervising and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on vehicle care, managing work schedules, assisting with inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. You will help build a high-performance team, foster customer loyalty, and ensure adherence to company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service environment, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in using KPI data for performance monitoring and trend analysis is preferred. Must be fluent in English, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
