Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician with OB

Our organization is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician with obstetrics experience to join our team in Modesto, California.

Position Overview

• Starting Base Salary: $300,000
• Salary Guarantee: Two-year guarantee
• Incentives: Sign-on bonus and loan repayment options available
• Faculty Role: Participate as faculty in our newly accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Compensation Model: RVU-based compensation beginning in the second year
• EHR System: Epic

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current certification from the American Board of Family Medicine
• Show a strong commitment to resident education
• Dedicate adequate time to fulfill supervisory and teaching duties within the Residency Program
• Engage in annual faculty development to improve skills in education, quality improvement, patient safety, physician well-being, and practice-based learning
• Stay informed about the latest program-specific requirements
• Possess a valid medical license and appropriate medical staff appointment
• Maintain ongoing clinical practice
• Preferred: Evidence of academic achievements in the specialty, such as publications, educational program development, or research
• Must be licensed to practice medicine in California
• Preferred: Experience in faculty roles, leadership, and administrative skills
