About the Position

Job Summary:
The Nurse Practice Educator is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering educational programs that support clinical staff competency and promote high-quality patient care. This role ensures adherence to nursing standards, policies, and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement staff education and training programs
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new nursing staff
• Assess competencies and identify learning needs
• Provide ongoing clinical education and skills training
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Mentor and guide nursing staff in clinical practice
• Maintain training records and documentation

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BSN required (MSN preferred)
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Teaching or preceptor experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
