Human Resources Generalist

Virtual Flex Schedule. Tuesdays and Thursdays are required days in office (with some flexibility). Duties This role is part of a global HR transformation initiative and will support both global design and regional execution activities. Functional Team Support ortSupport global functional workstreams (Case, Knowledge, Document Management) in partnership with the Global Functional Lead and Regional Lead ersAssist with maintaining functional documentation and design materi alsEnsure documents are properly versioned, stored, and accessible in SharePo intWork with partners to research and support requirements related to knowledge, document, and case management (e.g., retention rules, regional vs global structur Knowledge Management Support portAssist in formatting, reviewing, and organizing knowledge arti clesEnsure knowledge content follows standard templates and struc tureSupport bulk updates and clean-up activities for knowledge con tentTrack knowledge article readiness for testing and go- Document Management Support portSupport organization and clean-up of HR documents used in service deli are:Properly stored and categor izedAligned to standard naming and struc tureAssist with tracking document readiness for migration or use in Servic eNowHelp maintain alignment between SharePoint content and HRSD u Case Management Support pportAssist with tracking and organizing case management requirements and scen ariosSupport preparation of case examples and scenarios for te stingHelp document workflows, routing logic, and process notesIdentify and document gaps or issues surfaced during design and te Testing Support upportAssist with UAT preparation activities, incl uding:Test case formatting and organi ackingTrack testing progress, defects, and foll ow-upsHelp coordinate defect updates and ensure status is c urrentSupport cleanup and documentation after test Data Tracking & Reporting SupportMaintain tracke rs for:Requirements and de cisionsKnowledge a rticlesTesting progress and defectsEnsure data is accurate, up to date, and easy to in terpretProvide basic summaries to support team vis Coordination SupportFollow up on action items and deliverables across the functio nal teamHelp ensure deadlines and deliverables are not missedSupport cross-team coordination where needed (functional, training, testing)Help balance priorities across multiple stakeholders and t General Project SupportAssist with ad hoc reques ts from:HR Services Lea der - USGlobal Functio nal LeadRegional LeadersSupport coordination between global functional direction and regional execution needs Support readiness activities leading up to go-liveHelp maintain organization across multiple regiona Skills:Strong organization and attention t o detailAbility to manage and maintain multiple trackers and d ocumentsClear and professional written commu nicationAbility to follow defined processes and t Templates Functional/Technical l SkillsExperience working in Excel and SharePoint (r equired)Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred but not r equired)HR processes or HR shared services (pr eferred)Knowledge management or documentation standards (pr #J-18808-Ljbffr
