Administrative Operations Specialist

Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks. Prepare, process, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Serve as a point of contact for internal employees, customers, and vendors. Manage emails, phone calls, scheduling, and other administrative communications. Maintain data accuracy across company systems and databases. Assist with order processing, purchasing, invoicing, or service coordination as needed. Monitor workflows, identify process improvements, and help implement more efficient practices. Support cross-functional projects and company initiatives. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's orbachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative, operations, customer service, or office support experience. Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams). Experience with ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems is a plus. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independentl y and collaboratively. PreferredSkills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
