General Industrial Warehouse Associa te  – Odessa, TX

Pay Range : $15.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire
Pay Frequency : Weekly

Openwork is currently assisting a client in hiring General Industrial Warehouse Associate  for positions based in Odessa, TX . This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company committed to providing a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently

• Load and unload containers, moving materials to designated areas

• Perform accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory control

• Complete general warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Proficiency with electric pallet jacks and forklifts

• Strong inventory management and cycle count skills

• Reliable team player with the ability to work well under pressure
