Payroll AdministratorWe are partnered with a name brand company seeking a temporary Payroll Administrator for 4 weeks with possibility of conversion. Pay rate: $25-$30/hour.ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll and audits across multiple unitsManage all employee profile changes: new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, wage and job changesAssist with W-2 accuracy and distributionComplete recurring compliance reports (Tip Report, BLS, Multiple Worksite)Reconcile deductions and vendor paymentsSupport internal and external audits with reporting and documentationHandle HR/payroll projects including new hire mailings and employment verificationsApply working knowledge of payroll labor lawsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma required; college/trade degree or 5+ years of equivalent experienceMulti-unit payroll experience required; corporate support background preferredProficiency in Excel and HCM systems (Paycom, Toast, or similar)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlinesClear, professional communication with employees, vendors, and management at all levelsIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
