Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shipping Clerk to join our warehouse and shipping operations team in Blaine, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating freight pickups, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, and LTL (Freight) carriers.
• Pick, pack, and stage products for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Update inventory records within the computer system as products are pulled and shipped.
• Communicate with truck drivers, freight carriers, and shipping brokers to arrange pickups and shipments.
• Verify shipping paperwork, labels, and documentation for accuracy.
• Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely throughout the facility.
• Assist with inventory control, material handling, and general warehouse duties.
• Cross-train on multiple shipping methods and processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, or Freight shipping processes.
• 1+ year of forklift experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Experience with: order picking and packing, material handling, inventory management, warehouse operations.
• Strong computer skills and ability to update inventory systems accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with shipping brokers and freight carriers.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple functions.

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of BLAINE, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
