We're looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing commercial sales team in Clearwater. You'll follow a proven sales script, receive structured training, and work with warm commercial leads. We provide the process—you bring the determination to master it. What You'll Do Make 150+ outbound calls each day. Follow our proven script to guide professional sales conversations. Build relationships with property managers across the country. Confidently work through gatekeepers to reach decision‑makers. Ask the right questions to uncover opportunities and gather competitive information. Follow up consistently until opportunities become customers. Keep detailed records and manage your pipeline using our CRM. We're Looking For Someone Who Enjoys talking to people. Isn't afraid of picking up the phone. Can stay positive and productive throughout the day. Is coachable and willing to follow a proven process. Works well in a goal‑driven environment. Is organized and consistent with follow‑up. Wants to grow professionally and financially. Sales experience is helpful, but we also welcome applicants from customer service, hospitality, recruiting, collections, and high‑volume call center environments.
