Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production line operations and ensure production goals are met
• Lead, coach, and support production employees throughout the shift
• Train team members on production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and product quality
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments
• Complete production reports, inventory documentation, and shift paperwork
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Requirements

• 1–2 years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience
• Mechanically inclined with basic equipment troubleshooting skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to work 2nd Shift
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
