IT Helpdesk Internship
Altec Industries
Responsibilities Altec has an immediate need for an IT Helpdesk Intern for our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL. The candidate selected for this position will gain hands-on experience supporting associates with a variety of technical issues and IT-related projects. Intern will work alongside experienced IT professionals and other associates to develop troubleshooting, customer service, and technical support skills. Through real-world experiences, candidates will learn how to diagnose and resolve technology issues, support hardware and software systems, and contribute to the overall success of the IT team. Qualifications :
- Candidates must be pursuing or holding a degree in a technical field
- Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL for the duration of the internship.
