Commercial Property Manager

We are hiring an Industrial Property Manager for one of our actively growing, Charlotte based Clients. They are one of the largest privately held owners of industrial and office properties in the Carolinas. The primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio consisting of industrial properties in the Greater Charlotte Market. The PM will play a critical role within the organization and report to the Director of Industrial Property Management. Candidate must have: 3+ years working in the CRE industry as a Property Manager CPM and/or RPA designation is desirable, but not required Strong understanding of real estate operating and capital budgets, and property operations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to create and manage their own schedule Enjoy a fast-paced environment where teamwork, responsiveness and customer service are highly valued Please note that this is an in-office position, not hybrid or work from home.
