Senior Product Manager

Job Description:


Role Summary


We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead and scale high-impact digital programs in the mobility space. You will own the product roadmap, define and deliver strategic initiatives that drive product-led growth, user adoption and innovation across our platform, and collaborate across business units (consumer, fleet, operations, digital) globally.


Key Responsibilities
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital mobility / fleet / rental platforms, aligning with corporate strategic priorities. (See role of a Digital Product Manager: "defining the why, when and what of the product...").
• Lead full product lifecycle: from ideation and discovery (market & user research) → build → launch → iteration/optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams: engineering, UX/design, data & analytics, marketing, operations, finance, legal/compliance.
• Prioritize the backlog, ensure effective agile delivery, define user stories, acceptance criteria, metrics/KPIs (user adoption, retention, revenue, profitability).
• Drive Go-to-Market planning: product launch strategy, marketing support, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Own P&L accountability (depending on scope) for digital offerings; manage budget, resource tradeoffs, business case development.
• Use data-driven insights, user feedback and market/competitive analysis to steer product decisions and roadmap.
• Evangelize the digital product mindset across the organization, mentor product management teams, and influence senior stakeholders.


Required Experience & Skills
• ~7-10+ years of product management experience in digital/technology companies


(mobility, travel, consumer platform, SaaS, marketplace) or in a strategic product role in a large enterprise.
• Proven track record of launching digital products or major features that created measurable growth (user metrics, revenue, retention).
• Strong strategic thinking and execution ability: able to move from big vision to detailed roadmap and delivery.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management (senior execs, business units, engineering).
• Strong analytical mindset: use of data tools (analytics, A/B testing, user research), ability to define/track KPIs.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, product backlog management, UX/Design thinking.
• Exceptional communication skills: able to articulate vision and product rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree required (MBA or equivalent highly preferred).
• Bonus: Experience in mobility/travel space, multi-geography product launches, global scale platforms, P&L ownership.
