You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Experience : You'll have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 8‑10 years of progressive experience as a product manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. Structured problem‑solving : Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguity, analyze complex problem spaces, and approach problems with curiosity and a drive to understand. Collaboration & leadership : Thrive on gathering diverse perspectives, aligning teams, and influencing decisions across leadership, product, engineering, design, and business operations. Communications & storytelling : Distill complex ideas into clear, actionable narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences, articulating a compelling product vision. Customer focus : Passion for understanding client needs and crafting solutions that deliver meaningful results. Experience with user research and applying UI/UX principles is a plus.
