The ability to lead people to be productive and provide a high level of Quality processing material for customers is required. Supervisors will lead their teams to safely perform day-to-day operations in the warehouse and are responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient production and distribution of all materials (receiving, pick, inspection, pack, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Leads a team of associates to receive material, opens boxes & crates and other containers to inspect all incoming material and equipment purchases, verifying all items are received and in good condition. Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Coordinates workflows of material processing to lead their team to high levels of Productivity, Quality and Safety Develop 360-degree communication with associates and peers to accomplish the strategy for an efficient operation. Communication skills to train and assist associates with systems updates and data entry to process completion.
