Customer Service Representative Join our dynamic team at Foundever, where every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference! Job Overview Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, supporting one of the largest and most trusted financial service providers in the U.S. You'll assist customers by resolving issues and managing their financial needs through inbound calls. At Foundever, you'll use your compassion and communication skills to deliver exceptional service. With paid training and comprehensive benefits, you'll be equipped to prioritize your well-being while making a meaningful impact on your work. This position requires you to be on-site. - High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in the customer service industry - we're looking for someone ready to hit the ground running!

- Connect with customers and clients while assisting with their financial and banking needs
- Self-motivated and eager learner with a strong sense of accountability, consistently driven to excel in training and on-the-job performance
