Expected hourly range of $29.49 to $36.05 , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). In addition to your hourly wage, this role has additional earning potential through voluntary overtime and task work opportunities dependent on business need. Primary Purpose of Position Performs Refrigeration Appliance services for residential customers and promotes the sale of all other services. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Serves as expert in handling aggravated cases involving multiple requests for service. Promote the sale of other services offered by Constellation Home to customers. Identifies and corrects complex problems in specified appliances. Maintains company stock and equipment, and makes recommendations for additions or deletions as needed. Attends appliance manufacturer training and presents to team. Serves as a trainer and mentor for other service technicians in the field.
