McElroy Law is seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as an important first point of contact for prospective clients and help manage the client intake process from initial inquiry through consultation, referral, or engagement. This is mostly an in-office position but provides some flexibility if needed.

The Intake Specialist communicates with prospective and existing clients, qualifies leads, coordinates intake forms and conflict checks, schedules consultations, assists with fee agreements and new matter setup, and maintains detailed information within the firm's CRM system. The position also supports client onboarding, lead tracking, client follow-up, file organization, scheduling, and other administrative functions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and an excellent communicator. The position requires a high school diploma and at least two years of experience working in a legal environment, along with strong Microsoft Office, technology, and administrative skills.
