Senior Account Executive Mirakl Ads

You'll be part of our AMER Ads team led by Octavie Gosselin, VP Ads. The team consists of five professionals covering the AMER region. Together, you'll be empowering businesses to monetize their ecommerce traffic across both marketplace and first-party offerings, while delivering greater value to advertisers, marketplace sellers, and publishers.

Your impact will include:

  • Owning quota attainment across your AMER territory by developing and executing a structured, repeatable go-to-market sales strategy for Mirakl Ads, focused on new customer acquisition within the retailer and marketplace operator segment
  • Driving the full end-to-end sales cycle (typically 59 months) across all stages: prospecting and outbound engagement, discovery and business case development, technical validation with Solutions Engineering, commercial negotiation with procurement and legal, and contract closure
  • Building deep expertise in Mirakl Ads and acting as a trusted advisor on retail media monetization strategies, sponsored product mechanics, and advertiser ROI positioning Mirakl's differentiators against competing retail media solutions
  • Navigating complex retailer organizations to build and maintain senior-level relationships with the key decision-makers driving retail media initiatives, including Chief Digital Officers, VP/Heads of eCommerce, Heads of Retail Media or Monetization, and CMOs
  • Owning and growing a healthy, multi-stage pipeline by partnering closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Legal to accelerate deal progression and ensure a smooth transition to onboarding post-signature

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Experience: Proven sales track record in ad-tech, retail media, or SaaS solutions, with consistent quota over-achievement
  • Deep understanding: Of the marketplace and advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, ad servers, APIs, and data-driven advertising solutions
  • Ability: To prioritize pipeline and accelerate sales cycles to meet quarterly targets
  • Experience: Navigating complex B2B sales situations requiring ROI demonstration and solution-selling approaches
  • Skills: Strategic sales planning, retail media expertise, solution selling, stakeholder management, pipeline management

Our hiring process includes:

  1. Introductory call: An initial screen with one of our recruiters to discuss your background and motivations, and to answer your questions about Mirakl Ads, the team, and the role
  2. Hiring Manager interview: Meet the hiring manager to discuss your experience, problem-solving approach, and impact, including an exploration of how you succeed through expertise
  3. Values interviews: Meet with three team members from different functions to explore your alignment with our core values and ways of working
  4. Sales pitch exercise: Present to a panel composed of the hiring team members who have interviewed you throughout the process
  5. Final decision & offer: We consolidate feedback quickly and aim to share decisions without delay. If successful, we'll walk you through the offer details, benefits, and next steps

This role is based in Boston or New York. We offer hybrid and fully remote contracts.

Below you will find the reasonably estimated annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role. OTE reflects total target compensation, reflective of base salary and variable compensation (e.g., commission or bonus). Your starting compensation within this range will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and education, with any future adjustments informed by role scope, performance, and internal pay equity. OTE Pay Range

$247,500 $313,500 USD
